Your Airline Seniority Begins

Pilot graduates of either the Primary or PACE program who complete ground school curriculum and flight training with a "B" average (cumulative) or higher are guaranteed an interview with Mesa Air Group (United Express, US Airways Express, Delta Connection and go!). You go to the airline for the corporate interview shortly after completing the CRJ training.

Mesa prefers pilots who come from its own flight program. Mesa plans to hire pilots on an on-going basis to meet the airline's need. It makes good sense to invest in yourself as a pilot and get a "leg-up" on the glass environment for the regional jets that Mesa operates and improve your own success at the company.

Our program has a legacy of success that goes back to 1989. Read the testimonials that some of our pilot graduates have written since they became airline pilots -- some of whom are with major carriers now. Ninety-five percent of our pilots get hired with Mesa and are not required to become flight instructors to build flight time. Once you're hired, your airline seniority begins.

Average flight time at the point of hire is 250 hours!
